Known for its collaborative culture, modern approach to construction, and emphasis on work-life balance, the company combines the feel of a local office with the resources of a larger organization.Job DescriptionManage all aspects of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.Oversee up to two projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved.Direct and mentor Project Engineers and/or Assistant Project Managers assigned to each project.Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project financials, change orders, contracts, and risk management activities.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations.Maintain strong communication and reporting with leadership and project stakeholders.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
