We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing construction projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham market. This individual will take full ownership of project execution, client communication, subcontractor management, scheduling, documentation, and project outcomes while serving as a key leader for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description

    • Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery of schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and proactively managing expectations.
    • Direct subcontractor performance, coordination efforts, and project meetings to drive accountability and project success.
    • Forecast project outcomes and identify potential risks before they impact execution.
    • Manage project schedules, documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change management processes.
    • Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure efficient execution of work and resolution of project challenges.
    • Provide leadership and decision-making support on fast-paced, documentation-heavy projects.
    • Support life sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and manufacturing construction projects throughout the Triangle region.
    • Work between the Cary office and project sites within approximately 90 minutes of the Raleigh-Durham area.

The Successful Applicant



Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
  • Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or similarly complex technical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project documentation, including submittal logs and RFI management.
  • Proven ability to lead client communication, conduct meetings, and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of project outcomes and driving projects to successful completion.



Preferred Experience

  • Experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical facility construction.
  • Knowledge of footings, concrete work, and related structural scope.
  • Experience working on occupied facilities, renovations, or interior fit-out projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-moving project environments.
