Project Manager - Raleigh, NC

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery within allocated costs.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Resolve any project-related issues in a proactive and efficient manner.
