Project Manager - Regional Commercial Work - Reno

• Lead full-cycle management of complex public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting across multiple active projects.
• Coordinate closely with field leadership, owners, architects, engineers, and public agencies to drive successful project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation using modern construction management software.
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope development, value engineering, and project planning.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and schedule milestones while proactively identifying and resolving project risks.
• Lead coordination meetings and foster a collaborative, accountability-driven culture focused on quality, transparency, and long-term partnership success.
