Join a GC with a strong project pipeline as a Project Manager or seasoned Assistant Project Manager supporting a large-scale, ground-up multifamily development in Spartanburg, SC. This role will partner closely with onsite project leadership throughout a 24-month build, helping drive successful project execution from preconstruction through completion.

Job Description

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of a 220-unit ground-up multifamily development
  • Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager and project team to maintain schedule, budget, and quality objectives
  • Manage subcontractor coordination, project documentation, and day-to-day construction activities
  • Track project progress and support issue resolution to keep construction moving efficiently
  • Assist with cost control, procurement, scheduling, and client communication
  • Contribute to a safe and productive jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Project Manager or experienced Assistant Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
  • Ground-up construction experience required
  • Ability to work onsite in the Spartanburg/Greenville, SC market
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation
