Project Manager- Reputable GC- Large Projects- MA

• Lead multiple construction projects through all phases, from preconstruction and planning through completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, and overall project execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with field teams, superintendents, and company leadership to drive successful outcomes.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project financial performance, cost forecasting, and risk management activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities.
• Support projects throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.
• Work on a diverse portfolio including automotive dealerships, retail, hospitality, life science, academic, and corporate interior projects.
