Job Description

  • Manage restoration and masonry projects from planning through completion
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and financial objectives
  • Support multiple projects ranging from $2M to $40M in value

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3-10 years of construction project management experience
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven restoration project experience
  • Strong masonry project background
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative team-first mindset
