Project Manager - Retail Construction - Boston, MA

• Plan, manage, and execute retail construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and internal teams.
• Manage procurement of materials and coordinate logistics for timely delivery.
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
