• Lead end-to-end project management for retail construction initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
