Job Description

    • Manage retail construction projects from planning through completion
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost controls
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and client stakeholders
    • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts
    • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing commercial retail construction projects for a General Contractor
    • Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
    • Experience working on fast-paced fit-outs, renovations, and ground-up retail projects is highly desirable
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
    • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
