Project Manager - Retail/Automotive

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and align on next steps.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, including cost control and forecasting.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications.
