Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report to senior operational leadership and take full ownership of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery across multiple sectors.

  • Manage full lifecycle of retail, grocery, and light industrial construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and client communication
  • Lead project planning, procurement, and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with field teams, Superintendents, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Drive reporting, forecasting, and documentation throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven track record delivering retail, grocery, or light industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract management
  • Experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, "no-nonsense" mindset aligned with a lean, high-performing team
