This Project Manager position offers significant exposure to estimating, budgeting, subcontractor management, and project execution.Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutCoordinate subcontractor bidding activities and distribute plans/specifications to trade partnersDevelop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking reports, and forecasting spreadsheetsSupport preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope reviews, and value engineeringMonitor project schedules, subcontractor performance, and overall project deliveryCollaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure successful executionEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
