Job Description

The Project Manager - Richmond - Casino Project will be responsible for:

Managing construction projects from start to finish with a focus on timelines and cost control
Coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders
Monitoring project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Leading regular project meetings and provide updates to leadership
Identifying and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Overseeing procurement processes and subcontractor agreements
