Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient use of funds and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction promptly and efficiently.
  • Regularly report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
