With decades of industry success and a reputation for quality, they combine the resources of a larger contractor with the accessibility and personal touch of a family-owned business.Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of a Project Manager:Lead projects from conceptual planning and preconstruction through final closeout.Participate in budgeting, estimating, and preconstruction planning efforts.Coordinate bidding activities, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate closely with estimating, field, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct constructability reviews and develop trade scopes.Manage permitting processes and utility coordination.Develop and maintain project schedules utilizing Primavera P6.Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and overall financial performance.Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain project quality standards.Ensure project milestones, safety requirements, and client expectations are achieved.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
