This Project Manager will play a key role in managing multiple projects simultaneously and supporting the continued expansion of the organization.Job DescriptionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of commercial interior, secure facility, and specialty construction projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout.Responsibilities include:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $2.5M to $5M in valueLead project planning, execution, financial management, and client communicationCoordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholdersReview and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationDevelop, update, and maintain project schedules throughout the construction lifecyclePerform cost-to-complete forecasting and monitor job profitabilityPrepare and review financial reports, budgets, and project forecastsEnsure projects remain on schedule and within budgetCollaborate with internal teams during project transitions from design-build and preconstruction phasesTravel to project sites as needed throughout the United StatesUtilize construction management software including Procore, Bluebeam, and VistaMaintain strong client relationships and uphold project quality and safety standardsWork closely with senior leadership and support the continued growth of the Project Manager teamMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
