With a strong reputation for quality, repeat business, and employee development, they provide employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on some of the industry's most unique projects.Job DescriptionThe Responsibilities for an Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from turnover through completion.Lead subcontractor and vendor management activities to ensure scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met.Review, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and proactively identify schedule risks.Perform cost-to-complete forecasting and monitor job profitability throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare and present financial reports, budget updates, and project performance metrics.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners to drive successful project execution.Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client expectations.Support projects involving commercial interiors, secure facilities, executive offices, conference centers, cafeterias, and workplace environments.Travel to project sites as needed to support nationwide project delivery.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
