Job Description

  • Support the delivery of a 220-unit ground-up podium multifamily development in Downtown Spartanburg
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and field operations teams
  • Partner closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure successful project execution
  • Assist with client communication, reporting, and project controls throughout the 24-month schedule

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager / Senior Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • Experience as a Project Manager or seasoned Assistant Project Manager with a commercial or multifamily general contractor
  • Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work onsite in Spartanburg or commute from Charlotte twice weekly

Project Manager: $95,000 - $120,000 base salary

Senior Assistant Project Manager: $85,000 - $105,000 base salary
