My client, which has been in business for over 100 years, already has a strong list of repeat clients in addition to their constantly-growing bid portfolio. One of their core markets include manufacturing facilities, where they perform as both GC and Subcontractor for concrete, steel, and metal building scopes. This company self-performs these trades, allowing them to capitalize on margins much more effectively. They are seeking a Project Manager or high-level Assistant Project Manager to join their Huntsville office and help drive the continued growth of that business. Travel is not an expectation with this role, as most all projects will be within the North AL area.
