Job Description

  • Lead multiple commercial construction projects through every phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Develop project execution strategies that align with schedule, budget, and client goals.
  • Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.
  • Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
  • Build strong partnerships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
  • Anticipate project risks and proactively implement solutions before they impact performance.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with transparency and professionalism.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to the development of future project leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and drive repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects valued at $10M+ from award through closeout.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing projects in healthcare, education, industrial, manufacturing, corporate, hospitality, or other commercial sectors.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust across project teams and with clients.
