With a people-first culture and a commitment to innovation, they invest in their employees, embrace collaboration, and consistently earn repeat business through exceptional project execution.Job DescriptionLead multiple commercial construction projects through every phase of the project lifecycle.Develop project execution strategies that align with schedule, budget, and client goals.Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and profitability.Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.Build strong partnerships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.Anticipate project risks and proactively implement solutions before they impact performance.Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress with transparency and professionalism.Mentor Project Engineers and contribute to the development of future project leaders.Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and drive repeat business.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
