Job Description

  • Lead construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring goals are met within the set timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are understood and achieved.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Oversee on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Ensure the quality of work meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
