Job Description

  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and detailed work plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Lead project meetings and foster strong communication among all parties involved.
