Project Manager-Tampa-Construction

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and resolve issues.
• Prepare and track project budgets, schedules, and reports.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure safety protocols are followed.
