Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage change orders as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality work standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
