Job Description

  • Plan and manage construction project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources.
  • Maintain effective communication across all project phases.
