Job Description

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risks and project challenges.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.
  • Experience managing a variety of commercial project types, including office, retail, industrial, or hospitality.
  • Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
