MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Project Manager should have:5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.Proven experience delivering tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovation projects.Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and cost control.Experience managing a variety of commercial project types, including office, retail, industrial, or hospitality.Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.What's on OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities.
