Job Description

  • Manage tilt-wall and ground-up commercial construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, superintendents, and subcontractors.
  • Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate progress with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Support procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Tilt Wall Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing tilt-wall construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing ground-up industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or commercial developments.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
