Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up tilt-wall construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration activities
  • Coordinate with Superintendents, owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Monitor project performance and proactively address budget, schedule, and quality challenges
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and company standards
  • Lead client and project team meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Track project financial performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Support project closeout activities, punch-list management, and final turnover
  • Partner closely with field leadership to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up tilt-wall construction projects
  • Strong understanding of tilt-wall construction methods, project sequencing, and site development
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and subcontractor relationships
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
