Backed by a robust backlog and a growing portfolio of active projects, the company continues to expand its presence throughout key Southeastern markets, providing employees with consistent project opportunities and long-term career stability.Job Description The Project Manager will report to senior operations leadership in the Atlanta office and will be responsible for the successful delivery of tilt-wall and light industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution.Lead project teams and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.Monitor project costs, forecasts, change orders, and overall financial performance.Ensure schedules are maintained and project milestones are achieved.Conduct subcontractor negotiations and manage contract administration.Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.Drive successful project closeouts and foster strong client relationships to support future business opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
