Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project execution
  • Coordinate teams including superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office for project management
  • Participate in project planning, procurement, and cost control
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across projects

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7 to 10 plus years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Background in healthcare, education, public, or large scale institutional work
  • Experience managing projects over 25M preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations and project delivery
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate as a true Project Manager with full project ownership
