Job Description

The Project Manager - Top Southeastern GC - Hickory will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment. This is a high-impact role with opportunities to lead major multifamily and commercial projects in the Raleigh area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and client requirements
  • Initiating RFIs and resolving field issues
  • Managing submittals and design/shop drawing reviews
  • Preparing subcontractor scopes and change orders
  • Estimating and compiling cost breakdowns
  • Maintaining procurement, submittal, and RFI logs
  • Assisting with scheduling and tracking production
  • Coordinating design/construction team correspondence
  • Leading and mentoring project management staff

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for this role (Project Manager - Top Southeastern GC - Hickory) will bring:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a GC or Developer
  • Proven success managing multifamily, commercial, or hospitality projects
  • BS in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in construction software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
