This team partners with utilities, developers, and EPC stakeholders to execute complex transmission programs from early planning through construction and energization.Job DescriptionManage full lifecycle delivery of transmission line and power delivery projects from development through construction and commissioning.Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.Lead coordination between engineering, construction, environmental, permitting, procurement, and field teams.Monitor project performance against scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.Facilitate project meetings and provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Review and approve project changes, contract modifications, and budget adjustments.Partner with clients, utilities, subcontractors, and internal leadership to ensure successful project delivery.Track labor utilization, contractor performance, and construction readiness activities.Identify schedule impacts and proactively implement recovery plans where necessary.Support project forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with applicable utility standards, environmental requirements, and safety expectations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project execution processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
