Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of commercial and life sciences construction projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement and allocation of resources effectively.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities and milestones.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5-7 years of dedicated Project Management experience with a general contractor
  • Experience managing commercial, office, life sciences, industrial, or higher education projects
  • Ability to independently manage all project management responsibilities
  • Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction management software
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
