The company continues to secure repeat work from leading developers, manufacturers, and logistics clients, creating a robust backlog of warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing projects that provide long-term stability and career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and be responsible for overseeing warehouse, distribution center, and manufacturing projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving project performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.Manage ground-up warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facility projects.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.Lead subcontractor negotiations, contract administration, and change order management.Coordinate closely with superintendents, owners, architects, and trade partners.Monitor project financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality standards.Drive project closeout activities and support long-term client relationships.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
