Job Description

  • Manage 2-4 concurrent construction projects ranging from approximately $7M-$15M in value.
  • Oversee projects through all phases, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and closeout.
  • Utilize Procore extensively for project administration, communication, documentation, cost management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Track project financials, monitor risks, and maintain schedules and project milestones.
  • Drive project execution while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with operations leadership and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain best practices across project management operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, multifamily construction, or related sectors.
  • Strong Assistant Project Managers with demonstrated leadership and project ownership will also be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency with Procore is required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ground-up multifamily experience is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to commercial, education, retail, hospitality, industrial, or mixed-use projects is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work full-time from the Mooresville, NC office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local project sites as needed.
