Job Description

  • Manage projects from start to finish across commercial, healthcare, education, and office sectors
  • Lead budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and project reporting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and field operations
  • Utilize Procore and other technology platforms to drive project success

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 7-15 years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC
  • Proven experience delivering projects from start to finish
  • Background in commercial construction with projects typically ranging from $10M-$30M
  • Experience with CMaR, Design-Build, and Select Bid delivery methods
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Procore
