Job Description

The Project Manager - Wood Frame Multifamily will:

  • Lead all phases of a 300-unit wood-frame multifamily development project.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall execution.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Drive project performance with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office to manage project documentation and reporting.
  • Coordinate site actiities, field teams, and construction partners.
  • Ensure successful project completion while maintaining client and stakeholder expectations.
  • Report directly to the Vice President and provide regular project updates.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Wood Frame Multifamily should have:

  • 10-15 years of construction project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing wood-frame multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale residential construction operations.
  • Experience overseeing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must reside within the Greater Boston area.
  • Ability to visit the project site weekly during startup and twice monthly once operations are established.

  • Base salary: $160,000 - $200,000 USD (Depending on experience)
  • Guaranteed 20% annual bonus paid quarterly
