Project Manager

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize project costs and quality.
• Support the team in achieving project milestones and fostering a positive work environment.
