Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
