Their work involves multi-disciplinary engineering efforts requiring strong coordination across functions.Job DescriptionManage the complete project lifecycle from contract award through shipment, installation, and final customer acceptance.Act as the main liaison for customer communication, including meetings and milestone coordination.Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project timelines spanning engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, and testing phases.Drive completion of action items across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Field Service teams.Coordinate customer readiness activities, including site preparation, installation logistics, and project sequencing.Ensure alignment on project scope, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for technical, supplier, capacity, and logistics challenges.Support change management processes, ensuring clear communication internally and with customers regarding impacts to cost, timeline, and deliverables.Assist with planning and execution of Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), ensuring successful customer approval.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
