Project Manager

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their concerns promptly.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure resource availability.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
