Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day project operations including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
  • Serve as the main point of contact between ownership, design teams, and field operations
  • Lead preconstruction activities such as buyout, subcontract negotiation, and procurement
  • Oversee contract administration including RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and change orders
  • Track project progress and ensure milestones, budget, and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule and resolve field challenges
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce safety and compliance standards
  • Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project to maintain documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years of construction management experience with a focus on multifamily residential projects
  • Experience managing ground-up projects valued at $30M+ (mid-rise or high-rise preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes including scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
  • Familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting, inspections, and local subcontractor market
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
