Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage multiple luxury residential renovation projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost reporting
  • Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project scope requirements
  • Lead project meetings and maintain regular communication with clients
  • Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
  • Manage project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
  • Experience managing high-end residential renovations, townhomes, brownstones, luxury condominiums, or custom homes
  • Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and logistics
  • Experience working directly with architects, designers, and homeowners
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
