Job Description

In this Building and Construction Project Manager role in Syracuse, NY you will:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
