Project Manager

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely delivery within financial constraints.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Identify and resolve potential issues to minimize delays and risks.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal and client use.
