Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will report into senior leadership and lead multiple projects from inception through completion.

  • Manage several commercial construction projects simultaneously
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial forecasting
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet safety and quality targets
  • Drive a safety-first culture across all phases of delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early to ensure smooth execution
  • Mentor and develop junior staff including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers

The Successful Applicant

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

  • Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Experience within light industrial or similar asset classes preferred
  • Strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership experience managing teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
