Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or delays.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners.
