Job Description

Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Lead client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risk.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative project environment.

The Successful Applicant

Project Management experience with a General Contractor on any number of Automotive, Office, Education, Entertainment, Restaurant, Healthcare, Residential, industrial, or retail projects.
Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
