Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead client, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Review contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement and subcontractor buyout activities.
  • Monitor project financial performance and proactively manage risk.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative project environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Project Management experience with a General Contractor on any number of Automotive, Office, Education, Entertainment, Restaurant, Healthcare, Residential, industrial, or retail projects.
  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
