Job Description

You'll manage multiple commercial construction projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and client service.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from planning through completion.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Overseeing budgets, schedules and project performance.
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Managing project risks, procurement and contract administration.
  • Leading project meetings and stakeholder communication.
  • Mentoring Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience managing commercial construction TI projects.
  • Strong financial and budget management skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations as required.



Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes would be highly advantageous.Candidates within commuting distance of the Lancaster, OH area are preferred, although hybrid and out-of-state applicants willing to travel to the office monthly are also encouraged to apply.
